I have to admit that I have never heard of the ketogenic diet, so this was very educational for me and loaded with useful information for anyone wanting to start this diet. I cannot believe that this diet slows down tumors and cancer growth. I am going to pass this post along to my sister-in-law. This is my first time heard of ketogenic diet. You fill me up with new diet plan because currently i’m following intermittent fasting would eat for 8 hour and fast for 16 hour.
